Regent Thai Massage is a leading Cow Hollow, San Francisco Massage Spa. Our highly trained and experienced staff provides professional and therapeutic massage services in a safe, tranquil, and friendly environment. Our policies are designed to assure a seamless and relaxing experience for every guest and our staff members.
 
Please review the following guidelines before your visit.
 
Right to Refuse Service
Any behavior that is disrespectful, aggressive, inappropriate, or any conduct that poses a risk to the safety or comfort of our staff or other customers, will result in the immediate termination of the session.
 
Children / Minors Policies
Children: Due to the relaxing nature of the massage experience, we respectfully ask parents and guardians not to bring children to Regent Thai Massage.
 
Minors: Children must be 14 or older to receive spa services at Regent Thai Massage. Additionally, children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or caretaker at all times.
 
Gift Cards
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used for gratuities. Any remaining balance on a gift certificate cannot be used as a tip. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
 
Accepted Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
 
Health & Safety
When booking an appointment and before the session begins, the client must inform our massage therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries. In some cases, Regent Thai Massage may require written permission from a physician or medical practitioner to perform a massage.
 
Cancellation / “No-Show”  Policy
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

24-hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 50% service charge.  

 

Please give us 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, we are often unable to fill the time slot you reserved.

 

Cancellations or reschedules of appointments less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the regular price per appointment to your credit card. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.

 

Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late and do not contact us will automatically be canceled and charged a no-show fee. Otherwise, we are often unable to fill the time slot you reserved.

 

In case of no show, the full treatment fee will be expected and charge as we have kindly reserved your time slot in advance.
